I created this page as a way to bring all of the facets of self learning, self healing, and self help together. I know the journey through healing our traumas reaches beyond the confines of traditional therapy, it by no means disqualifies or ignores the benefits that traditional therapy offers. Mental health is a very important part of our ability to function in this life and it cannot be dismissed.
During my own journey of self healing I have utilized many of the items listed. I was able to pull what I needed and felt guided to use, and moved on from there.
